Rules and Regulations
- Entrant must be single, (never married, not have children, or be expecting at the time of competition)
- Entrant must be of at least 25% Hispanic descent (parents or grandparents must be Hispanic)
- Entrant must be between the ages of 16 & 19 years old by August 16, 2008.
- Entrant must be of good moral character
- Entrant must be attending a high school or college in Delaware
- Entrant must be a resident of the State of Delaware for at least six month prior to the competition
- Entrant must have completed all forms and abide by the regulations of the Miss Hispanic Delaware Pageant system.
Contestants are judged in four categories:
Interview 30%, Talent 30%, Gown 30%, and On-stage Question 10%
Auditor will calculate score; judges will award scores from 1-10. 10 being the highest score. Scores are turned in immediately after judging each category.
